Y'mean where they have somebody who does any/all of the following:
- talks so fast you can't understand them
- has a really heavy accent
- assumes what you are asking/saying, and interrupts you with the wrong information
- doesn't know the information you were after
- shows no interest in finding someone who CAN help you?
