Thanks for the quick repsonse. We have been looking at the "U2" files. I will try your procedure as well and let you know. This is one hell of a PITA problem, as it is only affecting perhaps 5 users (out of 800 or so), but one of them has the ear of the CFO, so it must be fixed. I will let you know what happens.
