    I am not an expert but I know we are also very concerned about HIPPA here at
BloodSource.  I might be able to see if anybody here would be willing to talk to
you, contact me off list if you would like me too try.  We maintain our own
server, the database servers with personal medical data in them are inside that
locked computer room about 20 feet to my right.  So I'm not sure how helpful we
can be about outside hosting.
