I LOVE it.
It has a few things that could be better, but there's a fabulous support
forum for it, and the people that make it are always open to suggestions
and ideas.
We run it as the admin of the server, and at reseller level and at user
level. But not at distributor level -- meaning the guys we lease our
dedicateds from do the installs and the upgrades.
They have some great tutorials and manuals on the site as well.
It integrates with MSSQL, MySQL, Acces and CFMX, PHP, ASP, .Net etc.
Very very decent. Definitely check it out. I believe it's a UK product,
but it's hitting hosts all over the world.
