Palestinians on the show? Are the Palestinians on the show working for a
Palestinian company in America? (I don't know as I haven't seen the show
in question)

The contractors in Iraq AFAIK, didn't bring their wives/husbands and
families. And while you might (and did) say both are motivated by the
money, it is highly unlikely that the Palestinians going to work in
America have to worry about taking fire from the local populace during
the ol'commute.
