The difference being with junk mail is that the mailer has to pay for it,
even at bulk mail prices that costs a lot more than electronic spam.

Besides do what I do, whenever there's a prepaid reply envelope in the
package, send it back to the mailer, empty. They still have to pay for it.
If enough people do that they will get the message.
