that prepaid business envelopes that come with solicitations for
donations to the RNC (apparently lots of registered Dems and
Independents get these or sign up for them) be attached to boxes full
of phonebooks and then dropped in the mail. RNC would have to pay the
return shipping plus the weight charges...
Don't know if this will actually work, but it was good for a laugh...
