> Ok, so we're comparing ourselves to Al Caeda now???  Who wouldn't be

I'm not comparing us to anyone. I'm asking that someone who feels moral outrage
at one act of inhumanity show the same moral outrage or more at a much worse
act. Are we Al Qida? Are we Hamas? No. We're civilized. We have some respect for
the dead.
But wait you say. Some Americans have done bad things to the Iraqi dead. Yes,
and they are being punished. We don't condone it. On the other hand, they not
only condone the barbarity done but celebrate it.

Well, as the Arabs who watched these things have been dancing in the street, I
don't know how horrified they are.
As for the same atrocities, we haven't tortured people to death yet. We haven't
killed newspaper publishers for speaking out. We haven't done anything near what
the exiting government or even the existing government in neighboring countries
are still doing.

Yes, so lets one up them and start chopping dicks off and hanging them from
poles.

As with all accounts of this sort, especially one that includes swimming across
a river, I want to see photos or hear eye witnesses. Real ones. No disrespect,
but I've heard a LOT of lies from that part of the world and everything said has
to be taken with a grain of salt the size of Texas.
