Don,

This is a great point.  I wonder if what we in fact need is a list that is targeted 
towards
employers instead of a list targeted towards programmers?  Is there in fact a list of 
this type
out there? Can we as indivuals do anything to contribute to helping this list become 
more
available to employers?  Is it that they (employers) don't know about the list?  Is it 
that they
haven't found the list to be useful?

What do you guys think?
