Not only is it very possible, it very feasible. The funny thing, is that if
you have a pre-existing PHP app that calls the dbase in a certain mannner,
and you don't want to drop, or recode that code you have (the PHP
dbase-connector) you can wrap it up in either a custom tag say, or
CFEXECUTE, etc. Now, don't quote me on this, but I think something like that
should work. In pontificating on it, I think that something like that should
be relativly easy actually.

I know that other people even use MS SQL (which runs only on NT) with PHP...
so it is possible.
