I believe this is in reference to CFINSERT and CFUPDATE, which in my opinion
should not be used any time, regardless of OS.  Have had problems with them
and SQL Server 7 in the past, plus it is just not that hard to write out a
SQL INSERT or UPDATE statement, but this is merely a opinion of mine.
