If you are setting up you first dual boot win / linux box I recommend using
PartitionMagic to setup you disks and make space. Read the Dual Booting
howtos .Also buy a copy of Running Linux and Linux in a nutshell by O'Reilly

fdisk /mbr worked and I'm now back into Win2K backing up my SQL Server Data
so I can create partitions and install Mandrake without Lnx4Win.
