I'm trying to call a java object written by a third
party using CF5 on Red Hat 6.2. First I tried calling the object,
with the administrator setting 'Load JVM when starting ColdFusion'
unchecked. It didn't work, and I couldn't find any errors in any of the CF
logs. When I checked the 'Load JVM... ' setting, and restarted CF, this
error was written to server.log: "The JVM library could not be found. Please
check if
the file specified in the ColdFusion Administrator actually exists." This is the path specified in the CF Administator:
/opt/coldfusion/jre/lib/i386/classic/libjvm.so. I verified that this
file does exist in this location.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any
resolutions?
Thanks,
Nikki
