Hiya, You could try myodbc : http://www.mysql.com/products/myodbc/
Appears to support transactions, but I've not tested that. Good luck, Ian -----Original Message----- From: fluffy bananachunks [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 08 February 2002 04:56 To: CF-Linux Subject: Transactions not supported by driver -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 SuSE7.3,CF5,MySQL-MAX 3.23.44-5/BDB I was all excited that I made some 'big boy' progress tonight by learning how to set up and use transactions in MySQL using the TYPE=BDB tables... After mucking around with it via CLI for a bit, I decided, "Woohoo - lets go learn CFTRANSACTION!". Well, needless to say, but no such luck. Error Diagnostic Information Transactions not supported by driver The driver for the data source 'TEST' does not support database transactions. The use of the CFTRANSACTION tag is therefore not permitted with this data source. Bah. Humbug, even. I'm using the default CF5 install MERANT MySQL drivers in the CFAdmin. I've searched and can't find any reference to newer or upgradable drivers that support MySQL Transactions... Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?
