If the myODBC driver is found at /opt/coldfusion/lib/libmyodbc.so, it MyODBC driver
will appear in the dropdown box.
I believe the odbc.ini attribute it sets ("Servername") is incorrect but at some point
I seem to remember posting a unencrypted version of
administrator/datasources/drivers/myodbc_mysql.cfm to the list that had this bug fixed.
