just curious - is there a way to do this without paying $250?  or do 
you have to agree to pay $250 if it's your fault but if it turns out 
to be a bug they don't charge you?

when i was just getting into CF i had this same issue because i found 
a huge security hole in CF 3, but when i called to report it they 
wanted a credit card before i could tell them about it.  so instead i 
just brought down allaire.com and posted a message to the Forums 
explaining how i did it.  ;-)
