For $250 dollars, Do they have an answer?
I would be happy to pay up if you think they have
a solution.

In the past, In all cases I figured out the problem
before the tech support  did. So I'm a little
shy about handing over money, just to wait
four days with no answer and figuring it
out myself.

But this one really has me stumped.
I have beat on this problem for a week
already.  So do they have a solution?
