Thanks for your fast response.

I have attached log.txt to this email.
So you can see the info...

Also, /etc/hosts was configured properly with 
localhost & the hostname.  I also configured 
the DNS servers to resolve - Just incase it makes a
query to DNS servers after reading /etc/resolv.conf

Also, all the packages that are listed are installed
on the server.
