Tim, don't really know what you meant by "not having good luck with CF5 and redhat 7.3". Did CF5 run at all on your new machine? Were there any problems when installing it? I had the same problem when I switched to RH7.2. Found out that it was caused by the CF Apache module. Recompiling the module from the source provided solved the problem.
