No problem on the delay Steve. The cf service went down this morning for the
first time in just over a week. With the advice I've picked up from this &
other lists I was able to fix it within 5 minutes of learning of the issue.
My client seemed satisfied with this.

On previous occasions the box was unusable for between 1 and 4 hours. They
were certainly not satisfied with that.

Another thing is we are migrating to CFMX on WIN2K sometime in the next
month so if we are looking at 5 minutes down time once or twice a week for
the next few weeks its not really that critical anymore. I was freaking out
last week because of the long downtimes and not knowing what the hell was
wrong or how to fix it.

I'll discuss getting support from MM with the client.
