If you wanted to investigate what happened, you could start by looking at the updater 
install log, the wsconfig.log and see what wsconfig.jar -list -v says. See below for 
where to find them.  

If you just want to get things configured properly ASAP, then you could remove the 
connector and then install it again.  See below for examples.

And perhaps you could also let us know the distribution and webserver version, in case 
that might be a factor.
