I'm pretty certain you have wsconfig.jar on your machine - it's part of the
CFMX installation.

I don't know that this is necessary. The files that you're trying to get
aren't themselves Java files, they're just within the jar file. If you have
an unzip utility, it'll just take you a few seconds to retrieve them (and
since they're within a zip file, I imagine you'll need that unzip utility.)
