Get yourself a rescue or system tools CD of some sort and boot off of 
that.  Than you can mount the filesystems on the hard drive and move 
/lib back where it belongs.  Assuming your computer can boot from a CD.

I've had very good luck using System Rescue CD with my Red Hat boxes.
