:doh:  I was hoping the problem was with your ColdFusion dll.  Your best bet is 
going to be to go to the microsoft site and download the latest
version of MDAC.  I may have a zipped copy here, but if memory serves me, sending it 
through e-mail wouldn't be too wise.
