It doesn't have anything to do with the Code Red Worm Virus; I have the
same problem with IIS5.0 as well. So if anyone knows I would like to
hear a solution as well :-)

Make sure you didn't get that code red worm.
You could backup all your CF settings from the registry and try
reinstalling
CF.
