I've never used either in a web environment, and I've never upgraded an NT 4
domain controller or Enterprise installation to Win2K AS, but I've also
never had a situation in which I couldn't simply install the OS I wanted
from the MS CD, either. So, my (completely unsubstantiated) guess is that
you don't need to have NT4EE installed first.
