There are a couple of vendors offering input filters like this, including
Microsoft's free (but buggy) URLScan. I've looked at eEye's SecureIIS
product (http://www.eeye.com/), which seems to work pretty well.

Out of curiosity, what's your relationship with Turillion? I'm simply asking
because both turillion.com and internetworking.com are managed by the same
people, according to whois.
