While the preview version doesn't support Website directly, is that known to be true for the final version? I kind of expected Website to be supported, since the current version of JRun supports Website, I think. In any case, you might be able to get it working anyway, since I believe that Website supports the ISAPI interface used by IIS, in addition to its own WSAPI interface. There's a command-line option to generate your connector, and I suspect that this could work with Website.
