After contributing to this thread on cf-server, I read a post on cf-talk
that was forwarded from Bob Denny, which indicated that WebSite isn't able
to run ISAPI filters at all, just ISAPI extensions. If this is true, then
you probably won't be able to get the CF MX preview working on that
platform. It's been a while since I've used WebSite, so I'm not sure about
the extent of its ISAPI support.
