An Upgrade to windows 2000 wouldn't go a miss....

CF5 will run much faster and take advantage of both processor under win2k.
I _think_ it will use both processors under nt4, but will be much happier on
win2k.  Mind you you're probably not going to be able to buy a server with
NT4 on it any more.

I was going to point you at the performance data sheet for CF5 on the MM
site, but, like everything else CF5 related (except updates/hotfixes and
developer edition) it has been removed... :o(
