We have tried every possible solution suggested on this and other threads
and forums. We find that our CFMX is still going down around the same time
every morning.

Yesterday, we disabled ALL search Robots (robots.txt) and did not get a
single crash this morning. This is obviously not the whole solution, but we
believe it is a HUGE clue as to the cause. We also have Macromedia working
with us to reproduce our server environment along with this issue. I'm sure
they will be able to use this information to help develop a solution or at
least directly identify the fault.

I'll go to Macromedia forums now.

I emailed Macromedia Support AND called. On the phone, it was clear that the
only phone support available it paid support. That may be an option soon.

Can anyone suggest the BEST Macromedia Forum category for this. I don't want
to get a bad rep for cross posting and I want to make sure the issue gets
attention.

Thanks

Did you actually *call* technical support, or did you request support online
via the forums?

No, I work for Server Development. What they means is that your issue is not
an installation issue, it is a bug in the product, or it is a configuration
issue, and therefore not under the purview of the free Installation Support.
