Perhaps I have caused some confusion. The only Apache option during CFMX
(non-upgrade) installation is "Apache. . ."  I know it shows two version
numbers in succession like 1.0.36-2.0.39 or something like that, but all on
ONE option.

My only point there is that I installed CFMX so that it would automatically
run the connection wizard at start-up and connect to Apache. Then all I
thought I had to do was apply the patch (mod_jrun20 and wsconfig.jar).

Yes, It does.. but... Apache 1-2 ..?  Don't you just pick one and move on
and tell it what directory all the apache stuff is located?  Like I said,
it's been awhile since I did the installation.  So.. anyway.. that's that.
