Apaches possible for one server but on the other it generates dynamic
Virtual Dirs :(

I have one server rebooting in the early hours... But with now the second
server experiencing similar symptoms im thinking maybe theres a dodgy patch
that's been screwing with IIS

Seriously, I used to work in a big co-location centre, with clusters of tens

of web servers.
These would be set to reboot in series in the wee hours, once a week, 
otherwise IIS would eventualy lock up.
