Well 6.1 was a significant release - some major changes from 5. Lots of
things deprectated and or changed. You got examples of what stopped working?

No, if your app is straightforward then you will get faster performance from
MX than CF5 - you just may have to increase or upgrade your hardware - you
will certainly have to get more RAM (1GB min)

MX is faster than 5 but it has greater resource demands.

Thank you Neil..  So if most of my applications are fairly straight forward
data manipulation and I'm not pushing CF to the limit, CF5 may be a safer
choice for me?  I don't even know what features CFMX has that 5 does not, I
just know some things that worked fine on 5 stopped working on 6... and if I
switched back down, I'd have the pain of having to recode...  but if the
platform is much more stable, I think it could be worth while to have less
of a headache dealing with the server.
