You've probably already run across this, but I figure it's worth a try. Make sure that the CFIDE is visible from the domain that you're calling the forms from. I.e., if the forms are at:
http://www.adc.com/dirone/dirtwo/ then http://www.adc.com/cfide/administrator/ must map to the live CFIDE directory. I've noticed that when installing on IIS, sometimes the installer doesn't make the correct choices on creating the mappings for virtual domains. And since you had to forgo the installer completely, this might be worth a look. It's probably a long shot since you're getting the .js files, but still.... HTH, Chris -----Original Message----- From: adc adc [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2005 1:08 AM To: CF-Server Subject: flash forms don,t display i am in dire straits... after much problems with installanywhere and webconfig utility... I (manually) managed to install CMFX7 on my Win2k3 test server but the problem is my flash forms don't display (flash forms were my only reason to try out CFMX). I tried installing built-in coldfusion server and forms work just fine but I want to replicate exact production environment. Also to re-assure you guyus that there is nothing wrong in the forms.. even the code snippet window of CFMX7's getting started kit draws a blank. Also, all my forms work perfect with XML & HTML formats of CFFORM. After 2 days of googling around to find a solution, I know that a .cfswf file is created, though the extension has been configured in IIS... the ...mxml.cfswf.swf file is never found in the browser cache...though when i view code of the page there are javascript writeln statements to call the .cfml file ..... jrun.exe is running in the processes... but i've a doubt that somehow... it has to be something with ...cfswf thing or probably an access issue with .swc file. PS: I am trying to configure the site in global view i.e. all the extensions & wildcard entry have been configured with Default website of IIS and all the cf code works well (atleast no issues with that as of now). __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
