I can tell you for a fact that OUTLOOK will not hold more than about 16383
messages in the INBOX before it fills and will not accept any more.
Happens to me all the time.

I have 8147 messages in my CF-Talk folder and probably another 2000 in
various other folders. No problems yet, but searching for a message can
take awhile <g>. Outlook Express 4.72.xxxx on Win98 with 64MB of RAM, for
what its worth.
