Fonts on MACs are different although if you need to you could have them
provide you a PC font or name of a PC font that is the same face.
But, the way I'd do it...
If they are images, ask them to convert fonts to outlines if it is an
illustration or render the image to bitmap if a raster image with font
layer.
For text, if they used a True Type font you may be able to use it, although
this is a pot hole path. Settle on a font face available for both platforms.
I recommend Adobe type 1 fonts.
