I installed Active State's ActivePerl, which I thought installed the perl
module as well, however I don't know how you shebang (#!) on NT. That is, I
installed ActivePerl on my C drive, and IIS is on my D drive, How do I get
my perl scripts in IIS to work? Right now when you view them in a browser,
it's as if you are trying to download a file. Similarly to a cfm file when
CF server is not running.
