Installing versions of CF prior to 4.5.1 on Win2K will break OLEDB. I was
able to fix this by putting the Win2K CD in the machine, and selecting
"Upgrade your operating system" from the menu. This will fix OLEDB, but will
break any third-party device drivers, so you'll then have to reinstall them.

Recently, someone posted a command-line upgrade option, but I don't remember
what it was, and I don't know whether it works. If you search the previous
list posts, you can probably find it.
