I think it depends on the order of installation.
I installed CF 4.01 on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server, and it completely broke
OLEDB and partially broke ODBC. I suspect that had CF 4.01 been pre-installed on
an NT machine which was subsequently upgraded to Win2K, then OLEDB and ODBC
woulf be fine.
