passing a wddx packet with a hidden form field

How do you pass a wddx packet which contains a serialized query output in a 
hidden form field? The quotes and other characters in the wddx packet seem 
to break the hidden field tag and end up appearing on the page. I have 
tried using urlencodedformat on the wddx packet, but then when I try to 
deserialize I get an xml parsing error. AnyOne?
