I'd like to know how someone could think Mac is dead as a server platform? Yes! Mac is
not a predominant factor in server platform now, though they remain a player. Their
hardware and
processor are stable. They are the only true OS and hardware developer left. They are
selling more computers now then ever in the history Apple Computer. Their financial
problems are
long gone and are moving aggressively toward making Apple OS and hardware a dominate
hardware and software of choice to consider for any and all businesses that can afford
top
quality. Their OS X server / Apache software is easy to configure and implement.
That's the secret to Mac OS. Make it so user friendly that it doesn't take an IT
specialist to get a
site up and running and maintain it. Don't be one of those people that said, "Apple
Computer will never make it!" The fact is; They have!
