In most cases, the mail to/from the list will show up anywhere from less
than a minute to about 10 or so, counting on list traffic. If the list has a
problem communicating with your local mailserver, the message will be cached
for later sending, which is done after an hour. It can either be a problem
with server to server communication or list clogging. Personally, I got this
message about 46 minutes after it was sent, so I'd go for the latter.
