Sorry to hear that Mike - my experience has been quite different and I can't
get enough of CF. I did have a problem early in the piece not unlike you and
support wasn't too flash but I ran into Nick McNaughgton at a conference.
He's the "Allaire boss" for Asia Pacific - had a few words with him, things
got substantially better and I've never looked back.
Full marks to Nick for customer service.

But only if you've got Studio to work. I'm still getting memory errors,
it crashes, it hangs, the FTP doesnt work, and nor does the RDS. Allaire
aren't in the slightest bit interested in helping fix it and nor are their
Australian distributor, judging by the pitiful amount of effort they put
into trying to fix my problems.
So if you're relying on Studio, all I say is 'lotsaluck pal'.
Biggest waste of money I ever spent.
