Clean out some space for the logs, move out the old ones so the new logs will start 
from scratch and restart the server. If it jumps to 99% again, wait a minute to see if 
it stops and if it doesn't, pull it down again. 
Then take the newly generated CF logs AND the webserver logs for that minute and look 
through them. See what templates were called. 
I'm betting that you have a call to an outside resource (like a DB) that's causing 
this.
