OK...not debating the use of Compare()/CompareNoCase().  I am guilty of just 
using IS/EQ, but this thread has made it a no-brainer as to which is the 
better solution. 

As far as being a 'best practise' as of CF 4...is there any documentation as 
to best practises, or has it just been something that people pick up from 
reading threads like this?  Just curious...because if something like this 
does exist, I really need to familiarize myself with it, and would love to 
see it.
