Took the Altio tour -- quite well done and loaded quickly.  It was a 
Flash movie.

Tried to run their demos -- would not run on a Mac.  This is 
surprising, because they state:

Requires no client-side installation, downloads or plug-ins
User settings are preserved across all sessions for consistent access 
anywhere, anytime.

It appears that they use Java Applets for their product demos --  Mac 
OS X contains a complete Java environment, so I think they just tested, 
and rejected any Mac browser, regardless of OS  version.

Pity-- looks really interesting, from the tour.
