Yeah, but as we know the CLR is coming with every version of Windows
in the future, and from what I have seen it will come with IE7 which
follows MS's trend of releasing a new version of the browser with and
OS release (that being Win.Net). I don't label .Net as a big
competitor, but it will have a lot of penetration, and might be very
useful on the intranet.

It has it's advantages and disadvantages when compared to Flash, I
don't think it's ever going to compete in the animation and UI stuff.
I just like the flexibility it potentially would give for a more
lightweight UI that could be written entirely by a coder. Kind of like
the next evolution in rollovers, nav's, etc.
