Open a command prompt (Start ... Run ... "cmd") and type "ipconfig".

You should have no problem with Windows NT. However, I don't know enough
about Virtual PC to know whether what you're trying to do is possible. I
would guess that it is - I can do this with VMware, which is a similar
product - but there may be some configuration issues during VPC setup.
