Vern, I want to mention that ... this only works if the "Insert" panel is open & available (meaning, it hasn't been removed from the DWMX panel sets via "close"). If the only panels that you have on your DWMX are: File & Application (like mine, I tend to get rid of things I don't need)... the F4 / Hide Panels thing is useless and does not work.
